Download and install the file for your OS from the list above. Then go to device manager and watch for the yellow exclamation marks next to the "Ethernet controller" item. If you don't have any of those, you're in luck and your card is working.
On the other hand, if you are having issues with the driver, it could be the wrong driver you're installing. Your card is compatible with 8139 set of cards from Realtec. Also you may want, as in any driver issue situation, try changing the PCI slot your card is in.
