GeForce2 MX 400 drivers:
Windows XP, 2000
Windows 9x/ME
First, uninstall anything from NVIDIA before installation. You can do this the regular way - from control panel, add/remove programs. NVIDIA software and drivers will show up there. Also, you should visit device manager (in My Computer -> Properties), and uninstall everything in the display adapters category.
It should be straightforward to find your OS from the links above and install the new drivers. Those are just simple EXE files.
There'a an older version of the driver which you can get here - older driver (61.77). Sometimes you can get improved performance using this one, according to collective knowledge.
It would be a great idea to create a restore point prior to any messing with new drivers. This way you can go back if the new driver gives you trouble. Its easy to perform, you can find it in Start->All Programs->Accessories->System Tools->System Restore. The naming here is important - if you can't remember what the restore point is you won't be able to retrieve it.
