Released in 2020, Iris Xe is solely compatible with the latest versions of operating systems. This means that there are only drivers for Windows 10 and Windows 11 available that are officially released by Intel. Unfortunately, there are no official driver versions that are compatible with Linux or Mac OS.

The extracted folder will contain an executable driver file for Windows. Here are the steps to updating the Intel Iris Xe graphics driver. Double-click on it to automatically start the update process (the window shown in the screenshot will appear). 

The setup itself lasts around 5 minutes and after you agree to the terms, the process continues in the background.
